情報経営イノベーション専門職大学（所在地：東京都墨田区、学長：中村伊知哉、以下「iU」）と、クラウドコンピューティングサービスを提供するさくらインターネット株式会社（本社：大阪府大阪市、代表取締役社長：田中 邦裕、以下さくらインターネット）は、教育支援および共同研究に関する包括連携協定を2022年2月21日に締結しました。
本協定は、iUとさくらインターネットが共同研究や教育活動を行い、新技術の創出や研究推進および社会をリードするDX人材の育成を目指し締結されました。
本協定締結において、インターンシップなどを通じた人材交流や、さくらインターネットの代表取締役社長である田中邦裕氏の超客員教授就任、iUの授業におけるさくらインターネットのサービス提供などのさまざまな活動を行ってまいります。

iU and SAKURA Internet sign comprehensive partnership agreement on educational assistance;
Creating new technologies, promoting research, and developing DX human resources who will lead society
iU, Professional University of Information and Management for Innovation (Address: Sumida-ku, Tokyo, President: Ichiya Nakamura; hereinafter “iU”) and cloud computing service provider SAKURA Internet Inc. (Headquarters: Osaka-shi, Osaka, Representative Director and President: Kunihiro Tanaka. Hereinafter referred to as “SAKURA Internet”) signed a comprehensive partnership agreement regarding educational assistance and joint research on February 21, 2022.
This agreement was signed with the aim of creating new technologies, promoting research, and nurturing DX human resources who will lead society through joint research and educational activities between iU and SAKURA Internet.
Under this agreement, various activities will be carried out, such as personnel exchanges through internships, the appointment of Mr. Kunihiro Tanaka, the Representative Director and President of SAKURA Internet, as a special guest professor, and the provision of SAKURA Internet services in iU classes.
