If your company has any problems due to a lack of resources, SASAL can contract this service to not only set up interviews but also conduct interviews and other daily tasks. 通常、弊社は3名体制 Min 300万+Taxにて戦略コンサルタントが伴走する形で各企業様のご支援をさせて頂いております。貴社にてリソース不足でお困りの点がございましたらこちらを契約頂くことで面談設定のみでなく面談の面接実施やその他日常業務も併せて対応可能です。
If you choose a monthly contract, you can also reduce the amount of time spent training new employees by passing on business knowledge to new employees through SASAL's Strategy Consultant. When you sign a monthly contract with SASAL, the above-mentioned "Result-Reward Recruiting Service" fee structure will be abandoned, and you will simply be asked to build knowledge within your company. 月稼働の形を採用いただくと、業務知見を弊社人員を介して新入社員に渡していくような構図を作ることができるため貴社の新人教育にかかる時間も抑えることも可能です。月額ベースのご契約を頂く際は上記の成果報酬の形は破棄され、単に社内にナレッジ構築をして頂く形になります。
